About Me

Hi, thank you so much for visiting my website. Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I was always drawn to creativity, detail, and the joy that handmade bakes can bring to people. After leaving school in 2018, I studied at University College Birmingham, where I completed a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Bakery over two years.

Once I qualified, I took a leap of faith and started my own business — and I’m so proud of how far it has come. Since launching, I’ve created hundreds of bespoke birthday cakes, thousands of cupcakes, and designed cakes for many special occasions. Every order helps my business continue to grow, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support I receive.

As an autistic cake designer, I see my autism as one of my strengths. It gives me a strong attention to detail, focus, and a genuine determination to get everything just right. Precision and care are at the heart of everything I create, and I take great pride in delivering cakes that not only look beautiful but taste amazing too.

I especially love creating wedding cakes. I work closely with every couple to ensure their cake feels perfect for their big day, with your happiness always my top priority. I specialise in both buttercream and fondant cakes, with the option to include handcrafted sugar flowers or detailed models for those extra special finishing touches.

In addition to being fully qualified, I proudly hold a 5-star hygiene rating, so you can feel confident that your cake is in safe, professional hands.

Awards & Achievements

In August 2023 and August 2024, I won the Young Traders Competition for my category in the Midlands region. I then went on to compete at the National Finals alongside 90 of the best young traders in the country.

Out of over 1,000 applicants aged 16–30, reaching the top 90 nationally was an incredible achievement. I feel so grateful to be able to run a business at my age, and I look forward to entering this competition each year — it’s such an inspiring experience being surrounded by other passionate young business owners.

A Little More About Me

Running a business isn’t always easy, especially when balancing work and life. When I’m not baking, I love going for walks with my little dog, Willow. Some of my favourite places include Himley Hall, Cardingmill Valley, and Leasow's Park.

I also attend Lifecentral Church each week. My faith plays a big role in my life, and I truly believe I wouldn’t have this business without God’s grace
