Policies

We are not liable for any damage once our products have been collected from us, we therefore request customers to check their cake on collection as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur once the cake has left our premises. 

 When collecting a cake please ensure you are holding the cake straight with two hands with hands on either side of the box. 

With postal treats, we are not liable for any postal damage. We will try our best to claim for you for any damages due to courier companies mishandling the products but this cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any delivery delays for postal orders. 

No orders are contractually booked in until a deposit is paid. It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct details when ordering. 

Here at Baked by Chloe, we use and work in a kitchen which handles nuts, peanuts, gluten, soya, milk, eggs, sesame, sulphur dioxide. If you have any allergies please let us know before ordering.

Some decorations such as cake toppers, flowers and other decorative items may not be edible, these must be removed before eating the cake.  When ordering a 2 tier cake or more please be aware that the cake will include dowels for support and these must also be removed before eating.

All the products we sell are made fresh to order and must be stored appropriately either kept refridgerated or in a cool, dry place. Your product MUST NOT be stored in direct sunlight or heat. 

When transporting a cake we reccomend keeping your cakes cool and to be transported in your boot or in the footwell of the car, this is the safest way to reduce any damage whch could occur when transporting.
