About Me

Hi, thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Since a young child I've always had a keen interest in baking and creativity. When I left school in 2018, I attended University College Birmingham for 2 years and gained a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Bakery. After completing my course, I decided to start my own business which has been a success and continues to grow. I have made hundreds of birthday cakes and thousands of cupcakes along with many different events which are a great way I grow my business.

In August 2023, I won the Young Traders competition for my category in the Midlands region, then I went on to compete at the National Finals with 90 of the best young traders across the country. This was a big achievement for me as 1000 other 16- 30 year olds applied for the compettion and I made it to the top 90. I am so grateful I get to run a business at my age. I will continue to enter every year as it's such a lovely time to be among other young business owners.

Owning a business isn't always easy, especially trying to get the work / life balance right, so here are a few things I enjoy when i'm not baking. Outside of baking I love to go walking with my little dog called Willow, some of my favourite places include, Himley Hall, Cardingmill Valley and Mary Stevens Park. I also attend church each week as I believe I wouldn't be doing anything if it wasn't for God.
